Support

For account access, safety concerns, moderation questions, privacy requests or general help with TVERN.

Contact TVERN

Email support@tvern.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the relevant account, report or content, but do not send passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary sensitive personal data.

Report content in the app

Where possible, use TVERN’s in-app report option on the relevant profile, post, comment, review, Looking For request or event. In-app reporting preserves the context moderators need to investigate quickly.

Immediate danger

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services or an appropriate local emergency or crisis service. TVERN support is not an emergency response service.

Child sexual abuse material or exploitation

TVERN has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Report suspected content through the app where available and email support@tvern.com for urgent child-safety concerns. Do not download, copy or redistribute suspected illegal material in order to report it.

Delete your account

The quickest route is inside the TVERN app under Profile → Account & privacy → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, see the external account deletion instructions.
